When we talk about daily practices, we’re not just talking about practice 😉
I met Nelson about four years ago at a climbing gym in Brooklyn and was immediately captivated by his philosophy on health and wellness. He sparked my interest in learning more about movement and I have continued to grow my own practice with this podcast by my side. He has such a wide breadth of guests on the show it is easy to find someone to relate to (if not every one of them). If you are even remotely interested or already involved in health and wellness, in particular practicing more movement, start from the beginning and give this a listen.

ConsultantI’ve been following you for a while now and I don’t know how exactly but you have been a true guide for me, guide or reflection, we can call it many ways, the thing is: you stay honest through time, you question yourself all the fucking time, not bullshitting yourself with excuses and I simply admire that.

HospitalityThe ones I’ve re-listened to are the ones with Carl Paoli, Wil Brown and Devin Kelley. And I really enjoyed the nerdiness of the latest one with David Marion. But in general I like the podcast because you ask better/more interesting questions which turns it from a “standard interview” to a good conversation.

CoachDude. Brain Food. Thank you!

ArtistHey man, I just wanted to give some quick props! I have been following your podcast for a while now and since I am heavily involved with movement, teaching and getting started with a business in the field, this has been so helpful, just idea and motivation wise! Thank you!

Movement StudentThis is such an awesome listen. Covers so many levels and depths – nice to hear two guys giving each so much room to open up. To me it’s always great to listen to capable people driving home the importance of the basis, the importance of a training structure, the need for consistency and however good you get the grind never stops! Loved the episode with Jonathan Last – got better and better as it went on. Left me even more keen to train and progress. Superb!
Chris Fowler
Consultant and SkydiverThe episodes with Devin and Wil were just amazing! A goldmine!

Real Estate AgentI’ve been following Nelson for years. I admire his ability to surround himself with real people. The Daily Practice podcast exposes raw and real people that I would not otherwise cross paths with or have the opportunity to converse with. Reality is grounding and reality can be warped in many social media platforms. Not this podcast. Give it a listen!

I feel like I am sitting right there in the living room with him. His calming, energetic voice tied together with a simple desire to share knowledge rounds out a solid podcast.

Yoga Instructor and PodcasterJust heard your podcast with Ana. Where have I been all this time? I can’t wait to listen to more of them. Fucking amazing you are doing this. And your voice is epic for podcasts. Keep it up.

Financial AnalystYour work has been awesome to follow. Been waiting for someone to podcast more about movement and you’re definitely pursuing it with a ton of passion and clarity! I really enjoyed Anna Bamboo and Brian Johnson episodes. We have spoken with them in the past, but it’s great to hear their journeys and insights. Those episodes in particular have helped me ritualize my stillness/internal work from Dudi that much more, as well as keep me focused on working out my similar meniscus issues that Brian seemed to speak about!
