When we talk about daily practices, we’re not just talking about practice 😉
I met Nelson about four years ago at a climbing gym in Brooklyn and was immediately captivated by his philosophy on health and wellness. He sparked my interest in learning more about movement and I have continued to grow my own practice with this podcast by my side. He has such a wide breadth of guests on the show it is easy to find someone to relate to (if not every one of them). If you are even remotely interested or already involved in health and wellness, in particular practicing more movement, start from the beginning and give this a listen.
Always a great listen! Full of tons of useful information regarding life, fitness, and different individuals’ unique daily practice! Always good for a laugh as well!
Intentional listening, intentional answers…amazing conversations! Thank you Nelson for giving us insight on these activities and influential personalities. Keep them coming!
Your podcasts is full of honest and open conversations around the movement culture. I love the way you see and talk about movement.
I’ve been following you for a while now and I don’t know how exactly but you have been a true guide for me, guide or reflection, we can call it many ways, the thing is: you stay honest through time, you question yourself all the fucking time, not bullshitting yourself with excuses and I simply admire that.
The ones I’ve re-listened to are the ones with Carl Paoli, Wil Brown and Devin Kelley. And I really enjoyed the nerdiness of the latest one with David Marion. But in general I like the podcast because you ask better/more interesting questions which turns it from a “standard interview” to a good conversation.
Dude. Brain Food. Thank you!
Hey man, I just wanted to give some quick props! I have been following your podcast for a while now and since I am heavily involved with movement, teaching and getting started with a business in the field, this has been so helpful, just idea and motivation wise! Thank you!

This is such an awesome listen. Covers so many levels and depths – nice to hear two guys giving each so much room to open up. To me it’s always great to listen to capable people driving home the importance of the basis, the importance of a training structure, the need for consistency and however good you get the grind never stops! Loved the episode with Jonathan Last – got better and better as it went on. Left me even more keen to train and progress. Superb!

I’ve been following Nelson for years. I admire his ability to surround himself with real people. The Daily Practice podcast exposes raw and real people that I would not otherwise cross paths with or have the opportunity to converse with. Reality is grounding and reality can be warped in many social media platforms. Not this podcast. Give it a listen!
Nelson knows how to wait and THEN ask questions that propel the energy of each podcast. Each episode is keen on reflection and genuine curiosity. I feel like I am sitting right there in the living room with him. His calming, energetic voice tied together with a simple desire to share knowledge rounds out a solid podcast.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed listening to this series. The way the material is presented makes it incredibly easy to digest, apply, and enjoy. Appreciate the great energy too!

I have to praise you for all of the hard work and time you have put into your podcast. I love the title. I hope it inspires people to create and find their purpose in life and give them a whole new insight on maximizing their human potential. Job well done.

Your work has been awesome to follow. Been waiting for someone to podcast more about movement and you’re definitely pursuing it with a ton of passion and clarity! I really enjoyed Anna Bamboo and Brian Johnson episodes. We have spoken with them in the past, but it’s great to hear their journeys and insights. Those episodes in particular have helped me ritualize my stillness/internal work from Dudi that much more, as well as keep me focused on working out my similar meniscus issues that Brian seemed to speak about!

Love your feed, your honesty and your interview style. Keep on keeping it real!
I love the people he brings on and the engagement that Nelson brings to his guests. He keeps it real and communicates like a boss. Stoked to continue hearing the guests and convos that arise!
As a fitness professional and just someone who generally likes to listen and learn to others who can share insight; this podcast is always a win. It’s informative and the guests are always relatable and enjoyable to listen to. It’s definitely one of my go to’s in my rotation.
This is my favorite podcast for all things relating to movement! Nelson is really knowledgeable and I love his interview style.
Great flow and relaxed feel when listening. Looking forward to future episodes!!!
I was fortunate enough to be Nelson’s 2nd guest on The Daily Practice and ever since I’ve been an avid listener. Nelson does a wonderful job at setting the stage for his guests to shine as they share their stories and the insight gained through their personal daily practice. Congrats and thank you for sharing these conversations with the world!
Hey man! Just want to say I just stumbled on your podcast and it’s really awesome! I just listened to the DK pod and MVNG pod and they’re both spot on. New fan 🙂

I am currently in my 7th week of online training with Nelson. It has been absolutely superb since day #1! Clear goals with unbelievably focused training sessions. I love the simplicity of the program along with how they deliver constant progress. I had bad habits to undo which was covered quickly and then it was just a case of putting in the work. Regular feedback through voice notes is extremely beneficial as you can pick out far more – it really is as good as having someone right there watching you. Wish I’d started sooner, really recommend training with Nelson as highly as I can.

I’m quite a beginner still and have many coaches around and trained with many hand-balancers so far not one “speaks to me”. I hope it makes sense. I find extremely relatable how you explain things. Got space for one more interested to fall over and over again until he gets it?

Hey man. I just wanted to say how awesome working with you has been for my practice. Just following your program exactly has given me significant results. Not sure if you remember but before we started working together I’d maybe stick a handstand in 1/6 attempts on a good day. Now I’m sticking them 4/5 or 5/5. Not to mention I’ve gone from an average time of 25-30 seconds to an average time of 50 seconds. Truly amazing bro! You’re one talented coach. I’m looking forward to working with you more!

Today marks the end of my first 3 weeks of 8 with Nelson Cuadras. This dude has pushed me from Day 1. This handstand course is no joke and has pushed me hard, but 3 weeks ago after a year or so of messing around I could barely hold a few seconds. Today I passed 20.
